Returns and exchanges must arrive at our facility within 30 days from your original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Hair Accessories
- Gift Cards
- Sale Items
- Swimwear without the hygienic liner
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and will be applied to your original form of payment. The refund can take approximately 7-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
